Max: Yes, he did. In 1941 he became an American citizen.

Kathy: Well... it’s time to meet today’s guest.

Max: Who’s our guest today?

Kathy: It’s Maria Alvarez .

Kathy: Yes. Her parents come from Mexico.

And today she’s going to tell us more about her parents.
